i was bored and randomly linkhopped to the BAY forums which I created (with chris)
http://z12.invisionfree.com/BAY_Forums/
heh. it's quite a pity that it didn't.. work out. But i guess it had no functionality. But.. i think it MAY work out if i actually reduced the number of sections. Too many sections, too many things to post in. If there were fewer sections, and an active discussion was started somewhere, it might actually attract regulars! hmm.
If anyone still has interest in the forums, let me know, i may revive it before i enter army.
i was kinda surprised too by this:
"We have 115 registered members"
wth!!! 115!! when me and chris (well more of me, and i dragged her into it ) started it we never imagined so many people will sign up. Like maybe.. less than 20 ? haha i duno.
But i checked out the member list.. and there're quite a few random unknown people who just join for whatever reason, to spam or something. But i recognize a whole bunch of nicks too.
I was just hit by a wave of nostalgia as i browsed through all my powers, all my previous posts, etc. I was a forum moderator at a dota forums (the one at www.dotaportal.com) for several months about 2 years ago, totally enjoyed the role until one of my good online friends left and i left with him. The power was... fun =)

some of my threads are still stickied!
(for forum newbies, 'stickied' means that a particular topic is deemed important and given a special status such that it's always on top)
